Self-paced, computer-based training is integrated throughout the Institute’s programs to support classroom teaching, address students’ individual learning needs and provide instruction in special interest areas.

Through its technology center, the Institute makes available some of the newest and most effective computer-assisted language learning software on the market. As part of the Intensive English program, each student is provided access to Auralog’s award-winning TELL ME MORE® language learning program. TELL ME MORE features more than 850 hours of content in English as a second language from beginning through advanced levels of learner aptitude.

The technology center also hosts the TOEFL® iBT examination, offered monthly through a partnership with the Educational Testing Service. The Test of English as a Foreign Language is the leading English proficiency examination in the United States, accepted by colleges and universities throughout the country for admissions purposes.
